OPTIONAL: Excursion to Kravice (duration approx. 4 hrs)When you arrive at Kravice it’s really amazing view.Among the most fascinating naturalistic features of theHerzegovinian region are the sparkling waterfalls of Kravice. Thewaterfall was created by the Trebizatriver with its tuff deposits, and has been declared a natural phenomenon which is understate protection. Tuff is typical for rivers rich in calciumcarbonate. Grass, moss and lichen grow on the tuff deposits. Itsheight is between 25 - 28 meters and the radius of the lake in thebase of the waterfall is 120 meters. As the water levels of theTrebizatriver change, the waterfalls look different at different times of the year. In the summer, the emeraldgreen waters of the lake below the waterfalls give them a unique ambiance of water, stones and trees.
